Trucking: companies that say they hire felonies after a certain time period ., truck driving school, luck jim

Question
I have recently graduated from truck driving school and prior to me going i did allot of researching companies because I knew I had a felony back in 1991! So when i did most of my investigation I saw that most companies had a policy of ten years i went for it. Could you please give me some insight on this matter or some companies I would have a good chance to get on with? I am from the philadelphia area in pennsylvania and i am willing to travel or do what ever to make my dream come true!
