Is it possible to start a freight broker business with literally no trucking experice? My fiance has been a truck driver for over 10 years and I am so interested to get involved without driving. What are the basics of getting started without having to pay for expensive training. Give step by step directions. How soon can I start after obtaining correct paper work. I want to be a broker not agent.

Absolutely you can be a freight broker!  You would be wise to get some training as it will help you out immensely since your unfamiliar with the trucking business.  Here's a link that should answer some of your questions.
