Trucking: o/o looking for local work, company drivers, 3pl

Whats the best way to find local work for an o/o most local co.s dont advertise and dont have web sites. Should i try a broker? i live in nj.right outside phila.

Mike, target the 3PL and warehouse companies that have their own fleets.  Most will have a mix of company drivers and O/O's  Start here:

Then expand your search with www.yp.com
A search of yp.com for warehouse in Philadelphia brought back this list:

You could spenf a day on the phone and if they are not recruiting they may know someone who is.  Persistence will pay off.
