Trucking: Lease Agreement, standard lease agreement, trucking company

I am a dispatcher for a small trucking company based out of Midlothian VA.  We recently leased on an owner operator and hope to lease more in the near future.  Our company provides the trailer for this O/O.  The owner of our company drew up a short version of a lease agreement when we signed on the driver, but this agreement does not cover certain items that have now become an issue.  The main issue is the resposibility of the driver for any damages done to the trailer that are his fault.  My question is, Is there a website or some other place that I can download or print a full standard lease agreement.  We do not want to make the same mistake with new O/O that we have with this one.  My email address is csmith28267@carolina.rr.com.  Thank you for you help.

Hi Cathy,  I have a lease agreement that meets the legal requirement, as well as gives the Lessee some protection.
I will try e-mailing it if I can get it scanned in PC o.k.
It will have some blanks you can fill in as you desire.
