Trucking: trucking, shoting, owner operator

i was thinking of hot shoting for a business,my ? is there a living in this can it be a go

the other thing i was thinking was go big and get my own truck and flat bed and be a owner operator.i dont have a clue on to go about it.

what would be the best,owning the truck ,or hot shoting

Hi Mike, Sorry I just received your question 4/15/04
I do not have any experience about Hot Shots.  Assuming you have CDL and some experience with big rigs, You will need to line up some companies that agree for you to haul and maybe check with some brokers in your area for potential business before you invest in equipment.
