MY 1995 FORD LOG TRUCK L 9000 L10 CUMMINS ENGINE WONT CRANK DOES A CUMMINS HAVE AN ELECTRICAL FUEL PUMP

Hi Donna,
To the best of my knowledge, the cummins L10 engine or any cummins at all, do not come with an electric fuel pump. If there is, it will be an OEM item.

Engine not cranking may be due to many reasons, you can check;
Your battery voltage above 12v or 24 v ok as applicable.
Ignition system wires may be loose or shortcircuiting.
Kickstarter assy solenoid may not function ok.
If you have a battery on/off regulator on your truck, check to be sure it is in the on position.
