When started cold, It will runs for a minute or less, then flash code 128 and shutdown?

Hi Ben,
flash code 128 just means that there is a code from the ecm, you will need to get it downloaded to see what the specific code is. in the mean time check your oil, coolant, and pull your ecm plugs out and make sure there is no corrosion in the plugs or in the ecm pins. aside from that you really need to know the rest of the code to continue.
