Truck Repair: 04 1500 z71, brake cable, rear axle

i start my truck up and go to drive and accelerate and it seems like the drivers side rear wheel is dragging

Hi Scott,
I would recommend jacking up your rear axle (chock front wheels) release the brakes and put it in neutral. give your wheels a spin by hand and see if there is any drag. if so it is most likely the brakes dragging, pull the wheels and drum/rotor and have a look. Sometimes the e-brake cable will seize up inside and cause drag.
