Truck Repair: 1990s10 useing oil, stp oil treatment, grade oil

I have a 1990 s10 4x4 truck with a 4.3L 5 speed I am haveing to put a quart of oil in it a day butt it dont smoke and i dont see no leaks on engine where is it going or leaking at

Two places for it to go.
The PCV valve, or the valve guides.
Both should cause a little smoke though, but it wouldn't smoke all the time.
I would replace the PCV valve, and possibly add some STP oil treatment, or switch to a heavier grade oil.
