Truck Repair: 1999 chevy silverado Z71 transfer case, shift linkage, chevy silverado

Hello,
I need to replace the transfer case on my truck. Its a 1999 chevy silverado Z71 extended cab. 5.3 liter V-8.How do you do this?

Answer
Remove the driveshafts.
Disconnect the shift linkage.
Disconnect wires.
Remove five(pretty sure)bolts holding transfer case to transmission. There is one way up on top, hard to see, and pretty much need just a wrench, rather than socket.
Just pull it off of the transmission.
If the motormount is holding it, you may need to unbolt it, and jack the tranny up a little.
