Truck Repair: isc stalls, cummins engine, fuel filters

I have isc engine in a ag tractor , it misses and or stalls when a load is applied. Engine fault appears,caseih dealer says it means fuel filters are bad. I have changed them many times and it makes no difference. The lift pump runs for about 30 sec after the key is turn on. The engine starts good except after it stalls. This has been going on for at least 2000 engine hours. This engine is built in some joint venture between caseih and cummins but as far as I can tell it is a standard isc cummins engine. Can you help me and do you know if a cummins service shop could.

Sounds like it is not getting enough fuel to the engine causing a 368 fault.It possibly would take some time to locate the problem but can be done.The transfer pump does run for 30 secs when key on & then turns off until next key on.
