Truck Repair: injector setting, torque wrench, dial indicator

I have a 1977 903 VTA marine engine.Can I set the injectors with a torque wrench ? If so what torque setting? The manual I have only shows dial indicator method.

I will get this for you tonight & get back with you.I dont work for Cummins anymore but freind id getting the info for me.In all my years I never worked on one of those,but just about every other one.
OK there is another pointer on the right side(looking at the frt of engine) frt seal housing.Use that one instead of the metal one on the left.Torque injs to 55-60 IN LBS then valves set 0.016 Int & 0.029 Exh.
