Truck Repair: oil change and fuel filter, dodge cummins, cummins engine

I own a 2004 Dodge Ram 3/4 ton Cummings Diesel.  How often do you recommend to change the oil?  How often do I need to change the fuel filter? And how would I go about changing the fuel filter?  Is there any other maintance you would recommend with the Cummings?  Thanks.

The older ones held 10 qts so I would do it between 7-10,000 miles.Should be in owners manual but they say 7K on a gas engine.Fuel filter every other oil change.I havent actually looked at the new Dodge Cummins engine to see where the filter is but the other ISB common rail engines were mounted on the intake in the frt of the engine.
