Truck Repair: ENGINE FAN, cummins engines, fan clutch

I hate to bother you but, I went mudding in my 04.5 2500 dodge. NO big water or anything.  I let the truck idle while stuck.  It got hot, and now my fan wont turn.  I let it cool off and coolant reads normal.  I have a loss of power.  Is it a possible waterpump or is there some kind of fan clutch? I appreciate any input.

I have not worked or seen any of the common rail ISBs in the newer Dodges.They finally made it difficult for the engine manufacture to work on their engines with out costly computor program other than the one Cummins makes for ALL the other electronic Cummins engines.
