Question -
Hi,

Why does my n14 injectors tips usually breaks?

Answer -
STC or Celect?

It is a mechanical n14.

Answer -
Bad camfollower if the same one keeps breaking or overhead adjusted wrong if they are random.

Overhead of the injectors? what is the right adjustment for this overhead?

Answer
On the STC,you adjust valves & inj on same cyl.The mark A is now 1-6,B is 2-5, & C is 3-4.Valves are Int 0.014 & Exhaust is 0.027.You torque the injector to plunger bottom it out to 125 inlbs.Adjust the Injector first, then the valves. It would be best to run flush through the fuel system BEFORE you adjust injectors because the carbon on the tip of the plunger can stop up the sprayholes. You get the flush & run it though the engine for an hour the night before your going to adjust the overhead so it can cool off.
