Truck Repair: 2002 ISX, cummins isx, pressure tubes

Cliff, I am looking at a few 2002 trucks that have pre-emission Cummins ISX engines.  What should I be concerned about with these motors? Can I expect the same life span as a N14? Thanks!

Pre emmission meanig prior to Oct 02 with no EGR valves & such.All the bugs should be out of those.Most of the 02 engines are sensors,EGR valves,pressure tubes stopping up,& a few injector problems.They should last awhile.Overhead adjustment every 100-120K miles.
