Truck Repair: Injector replacement, drive pulley, excessive smoke

Help please, Have what I believe a bad injector in my M-11 Cummings. I remove valve cover, disconnected each injector i at a time. # 1 cylinder had no drop in RPM, as all the others did. I have also had a excessive smoke problem that leads me to believe the injector is bad. I have a fleet of 7.3 Power Stroke Ford that loose injectors. How do I remove the injector?

#1 injector will adjust on letter A of the accy drive pulley.You can just loosen the inj & exh adjusting screw & remove them to flip the rocker arms up.Loosen the intake some to remove crosshead.The hold down bolt is a 12MM 12 point & torques to 54 ft lbs.Make sure the pushtubes are in the camfollower sockets.You will probably have to remove the exh pushtube to flip rocker lever where you can get to the inj hold down bolt.
