Truck Repair: 94 volvo commings m11, amp fuses, celect

Question
will not start has fuel  check engen light does not comeon cant find fuse or relay that is blowen any idea where it is

If the Check Engine light comes on,its probably not the ECM.The fuses on a Celect Plus are at the battery.There should be (2) 15 AMP fuses.Could be a EPS sensor located in frt of the air compressor.It has 4 wires & screws into the back side of the gear housing.
