Vintage Cars: MB380SL 1982, hazard flasher, signal relay

Question
the turn signals dont blink when making left or right turn. installed new oem hazard flasher, no help. purchased a turn signal relay, however, cannot locate the relay without a manual.
where is the relay located? tks

It is either 1) under the center console, 2) behind the instrument cluster,on the left.
Check the ground points behind the instrument cluster . Also check the ground strap from the bell housing to the chassis. Your fuse is OK I assume
