Answer
Start with this website:

http://aswoa.com/main/

It covers all station wagons, regardless of make, but you'll find the people there helpful.  From there, you'll need to search the web for more Olds-specific sites (try Google search phrases like "1959 Oldsmobile forums," or "classic Oldsmobile forums").  Both areas will help you in finding the parts you need.

Value is a difficult question.  Convertibles and hardtops bring the most money, while sedans and wagons are usually worth a lot less.  It all depends on condition, and how many people out there are looking for a '59 Olds wagon.  Personally, I thought the '59 Olds was the best-looking of the GM cars that year, and if you're talking about a true "Fiesta wagon," that means it's a 4-door hardtop version, which is better yet.  Still, while someone may be looking for a '59 Caddy or Buick convertible and settle for an Olds of that same year if they can't find what they want, I doubt they'd settle for a wagon.  Like most other markets, supply and demand is what sets the price.  Supply for a nice '59 Olds Fiesta wagon is certainly low, but I think you'll find that demand is even lower.
