Vintage Cars: elet. window issues, fuse panel, ball bearings

Hope u can still help 1986 560 SEC 126 CHASSIS driver side window in op. checked motor, switch no power do u know where they hide the relay? i tried the fuse panel but no label visible owners manual does not give any info so i don't know which one it is or how to get the switch out is there a trick?  also it starts hard sometimes changed out the cold start valve with no effect any ideas the car has 192,000 mi.

I suspect that if it is not a fuse it is your switch, -pretty common. Actually they just pull out, just be careful when you pry it up.  I can send you detail on how to clean them if you send me your email.  But for starters they can be cleaned, take them apart and make sure you have pleanty of light and an area where you can keep track of the varrious parts, including small springs and ball bearings.
If you do not have an email I can post back the procedure here. I am not sure what fuse it is, but if teh others work I would suspect the fuse is OK.
can you hear it running?  There is a  small platic piece that sometimes breaks and the window will be inoperable
Hard start can be related to timing and or points improperly adjsuted.  need a little more information
Cold and warm hard starts - always or occasionally, last time the engine was timed?
