Answer
Any amount of Ethanol is not supposed to be good for older fuel pumps, rubber seals etc in the system.

But around my part of the country it is hard to find gas without it.

If you have put in a re-built or new fuel pump recently, it probably is going to be OK.

To be safe, try to find gas without Ethanol, but if you have to use some, I don't think you will have immediate problems.  Just try to not let it sit a long time with it in the tank, and use a gas additive that soaks up water.

I am not a big fan of STA-BIL additive for storage, but in this case, I think it might help.
