In 2011, a man named Brian DeFrees drove 12, 225 miles across the United States. Instead of writing a journal, he summarized each day with photos, by using different iPhone applications, such as picframe and instagram.
Meanwhile, as he drove, he positioned his Cannon D60 on his dashboard and set it to capture a new photo every five seconds.
