How to Change a 4Runner Bumper

If your Toyota 4Runner has ever been in an accident and received bumper damage, replace the bumper. Doing so will increase safety for both you and your passengers. You can either order replacement bumpers directly from your Toyota dealership or you can order bumpers from most auto parts stores or even from a local salvage yard. Replacing your 4Runner bumpers only takes about 30 minutes.
