Certain requirements must be met in order to receive help from AAA, such as tow truck services.
To receive AAA tow truck services, you must be an AAA member. Membership is available through the AAA website or by calling 800-222-4357. Members must have their membership card with them at the time of service, and it must be issued in their name. When the tow truck arrives, this card will be required for service.
AAA tow truck requirements specify that the card-carrying member of AAA must present photo identification in addition to a current membership card to verify their identity.
The card-carrying member of AAA must be present in the car. They must either be the driver of the vehicle or a passenger of the vehicle to receive roadside assistance and tow truck services from AAA.
