How to Remove the Body Panels on a Fiero

The 1984 through 1988 Pontiac Fiero sports car was manufactured with plastic, metal and fiberglass exterior paneling. The paneling is designed to withstand minor impactss without denting and be light weight for sports performance. The body panels are connected to the frame of the vehicle by a series of retaining screws and trim panels. Removing the panels is a great way to paint them, replace them with after-market panels or to fix any minor damage.
