Buick produced the Lucerne, its top-of-the-line, full-size model, between 2006 and 2011. The 2007 Buick Lucerne came in black, white and a dozen other colors, from hues of red, green and blue, to colors approximating metals: gold, bronze and silver. You can find the paint codes that identify the original colors of a 2007 Lucerne on a label in the car’s trunk, on the spare-tire cover, or in the spare-tire wheel well.
The Lucerne came in colors reflecting jewelry, including Cosmic Quartz Metallic, identified by paint codes 14, 308N and WA308N, or Green Jewel Frost Metallic, paint codes 23, 984L, and WA984L. It came in the colors suggesting fine china, including Dark Ming Blue Metallic, paint code 25, 722J, and WA722J, and Red Tint Coat Metallic, paint codes 379E, 86, and WA379E. The Lucerne’s color palette was reminiscent of the colors of wine, with Bordeaux Red Metallic, paint codes 204M, 49, and WA204M, and Crystal Claret Tintcoat, paint codes 505Q, 551Q, 89, GBE, WA505Q, and WA551Q. Gold Mist Metallic, paint codes 316N, 51, GAO, and WA316N; Antique Bronze Metallic, paint codes 317N, 53, GCH, and WA317N; Gunmetal Metallic, paint codes 368N, 99, and WA368N; and Light Tarnished Silver Metallic, paint codes 67, 994L, and WA994L, rounded out the metal colors. Other colors included White Diamond Pearl, paint codes 800J, 98, GBN, and WA800J, as well as White Gold Pearl, paint codes 93, 961L, and WA961L. Black’s paint codes were 41, 8555, GBA, and WA8555 and White’s paint codes were 40, 8554, WA8554. [2]
