How to Put a License Plate on the Front of a Town & Country

Some states, such as Indiana, Kentucky and Arizona, do not require a front license plant for an automobile. The majority of states do, though. All cars come with a specified place on the front and rear bumper that makes it easy to attach the license plate. An after-market bracket is often used to prevent the plate from getting dinged up or dirty.

Things You'll Need

  • License bracket and screws
  • Screwdriver
  • Locate the point on the Town & Country's front bumper where the plate is attached.

  • Place the plate in a bracket if one is being used.

  • Hold the bracket or the naked plate up to the bumper so that its holes and the bumper holes match.

  • Screw the bracket onto the bumper using the provided screws. Hand tighten only.
