Things You'll Need

  • Rubber gloves
  • Eye goggles
  • Lint-free cloth
  • Baking soda
  • Distilled water
  • Put on gloves and eye goggles.

  • Mix 1 pint of water with 1 tbsp. of baking soda.

  • Apply the solution to the corroded areas.

  • Gently scrub away the corrosion with a lint-free cloth.

  • Dry the clean battery and all of its parts.
