How to Use ToyoGuard

ToyoGuard is an optional extended-maintenance and roadside assistance plan for new Toyota vehicles purchased from dealerships in the Southeast Toyota Distributors network. As of 2011, this group includes 173 independent Toyota dealers in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. The network, not Toyota, offers ToyoGuard. The plan is an accessory purchase, with the cost negotiated between the car dealer and the buyer.

  • Choose between the two levels of ToyoGuard benefits that serve your needs. Both the Select and Elite packages offer features designed to protect your new Toyota and extend maintenance after the conclusion of Toyota Care, which is included with your new car purchase. ToyoGuard offers coverage through years three to five or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.

  • Use the 24/7 emergency roadside assistance feature anywhere in the U.S. or Canada by calling 800-528-2054. For rental car assistance or to schedule an oil change or tire rotation, contact the dealer where you bought your car. If you are outside the five-state dealership network, have your local dealer contact Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC, at 888-851-2722.

  • Register for the personal assistant Elite-level benefit of ToyoGuard by visiting the personal assistant home page, MyToyoGuardAssistant.com. This benefit offers access to directory assistance, weather conditions, directions, travel arrangements and dinner reservations. Contact this service through the website by entering the phone number connected with your registration, or through a phone number only available to those who register for the service.
