Forged in the fires of... errr... made from a block of solid carbon fiber, the C Six (a reference to carbon's place in the periodic table) is "the most technically innovative sunglass ever created." Oakley partnered with F1 racecar-builders Crosby Composites of London, known for crafting the best carbon fiber around. For each pair, five-axis Computer Numeric Control machines use diamond-tipped milling heads to shape a 40-layer-thick brick of carbon fiber composite, a tooling process that takes more than 24 hours.
