AutoEnginuity has announced the availability of version 8.3 of its popular ScanTool software. This version focuses on completing the port of enchanced expansions, including Jaguar and Land Rover, to the ProLine hardware line. This provides functionality previously impossible to support such as MCAN body controllers for Jaguar/Land Rover, RCM support for older Jags, and removing the requirement of a "pigtail" for Land Rover body controllers. Other additions include Porsche Cayenne improvements for 2008 and later and 997 Turbo TOP DME coverage, BMW R50/R51/R53 adaptation resets, and full Mercedes Sprinter support.
