Product Spotlight: dB Performance Exhausts for 1996-Current Jeep TJ, JK Wrangler

The newest product on the shelves to interest Jeep drivers is a line of dB Performance Exhausts for the 1996-current Wrangler. From TJ to JK, the Wrangler is served with a variety of aftermarket exhaust options. The cat-back setup uses 409L stainless-steel for the muffler and 304L-grade SS for the tip. The 2.5-inch internal piping helps reduce backpressure to boost exhaust flow by a claimed 63 percent, promoting performance gains from 5-7 horsepower and 5-7 pound-feet of torque. In addition to power, ground clearance was a top concern during the exhausts' design. The off-road exhaust variant adds up to 1.75 inches of clearance compared to the factory system; the non-off-road ones add 0.5 inch. The JK exhaust also sheds 2.3 pounds of metal over stock. Available exhausts for the Wrangler include: 1996-1999 TJ - Single Rear Exit, Single Rear Exit with Off-Road Tip
2000-2006 TJ - Single Rear Exit, Single Rear Exit with Off-Road Tip
2007-Current JK - Single Rear Exit, Dual Rear Exit, Off-Road System
