2009 Dodge Ram Buildup - Project Gridiron

When Mike O'Brien of Poorboys Inc. in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada first told us about the '09 Dodge Mega Cab the company was building, we knew it was going to be something really special. With Mike's airbrush talents unleashed there was never any doubt that the truck would be truly special and deserving of a feature in 8-Lug. But as he continued to explain the truck and we learned it was being built for Jamie Crysdale—a much-loved former Canadian football player in the CFL—we knew it was going to be spectacular.   |   2009 Dodge Ram Buildup right Front Angle The big Dodge started its transformation with a 6-inch lift using a BDS Long-arm kit. The chassis was further beautified with the addition of 20-inch XD series rims and 35-inch Dick Cepek Mountain Cat tires. An AFE cold-air intake system combines with a 5-inch MagnaFlow performance exhaust package for a nice boost in power, and an HID lighting system makes sure the driver has a good look at the road in front of him—though most eyes will be looking back at the truck.   |   2009 Dodge Ram Buildup right Rear Angle The entire body of the truck has undergone a full custom-airbrushed graphic treatment. The interior got a ton of attention from the airbrush gun, too. The end result is a truck that can't be missed—a truly custom creation that fits the personality of the owner. Isn't that what we all want?
