Answer
Shamir,

I'm sorry for the delay.  So you are in a weird situation.  My suggestion would to be to try and find out if your insurance company has a SIU (Special Investigations Unit).  If they do, I would try to solicit their help in investigating the matter.  This is a hard one because you need to do some investigating on your own to see if you can prove what you are saying.  There is almost always a way to prove the truth.  Do you have a receipt from your CVS trip?  Does your vehicle have a "black box" (if you don't know, I maintain a list of vehicles that have black boxes, and you can find us at www.pettydetailsllc).  If the receipt and the black box indicate that your vehicle was stationary at the time of the alleged accident as described by the other party, then it would be reasonable to deny the other guy's claim based on it being merit-less or "non-meritorious".  I would definitely be interested in the exact time and location that the accident took place and then work backwards from there.  If an accident didn't occur, then the location and time of such a non-existent accident are false, surely you can prove it.

You can also call us if you'd like, you didn't give a lot of information, like whether the other party is claiming the accident occurred at CVS when you were there or what the exact story is from the other party.  I'm telling you, with a full story, I can usually pin the liar to the wall with some evidence that they forgot about.
