Auto Insurance Claims: Auto/bicycle accident, yahoo auto response, juris doctor

Question
Hi a week ago I tried to contact you through your webster about my son.  You had invited me and I stated that to the contact information.  I haven't heard from you so I figured maybe you did not get the message.  I would love for your help right now as I am still having a hard time with the negligent insurance taking the full blame.  It is clearly their fault--brief scenario is--my son was on his bike making a right turn, other vehicle was coming towards him taking a left turn onto the same road, she did not yield to him and hit his back tire which sent him flying off the bike hitting his head.  I did not file a police report as I thought he was ok..but now I wished I had.  I did file one much later I don't know how much help it will be now.  Now my question is how do I make the other party take full responsibility.  Also as advised I contacted my own carrier and filed a claim under my UMI.  They said they won't cover anything, only after I exhausted my first claim with the negligent parties claim.  All of this is so over my head..I guess I also need to know how i hook and bait a lawyer to take my case..because it looks like eventually I will need one.

Answer
Hello again, Suri,

Sorry about the delay, but Dr. Settlement had a little winter trip and I just got back.

I just sent you a nice long email with a lot of info and questions so we can go on from here.  I noticed that I got a "yahoo!auto response" from your email and it had a link to a site.  With all of the bogus stuff online these days, I did not open that link.

If you did not get my email, then let us know via the return email that one of our personal injury experts at www.settlementcentral.com sent to you.  I think it was Morgan Jacobsen who wrote to you, so use her direct email if you did not get my message.

Don't worry or stress about this, Suri. I will volunteer to help you get this done for your son.  We will find some qualified attorney to take his case.

Dr. Settlement, J.D. (Juris Doctor)
