Auto Insurance Claims: My Expedition was stolen from Walmart, insurance expert, sius

Question
I am sure that you have seen this many times. About three weeks ago I came out of Walmart to find my 1999 Expedition was stolen. I filed the police report, filed a claim, and got a rental from the insurance company. I received a phone call from the Investigators unit at geico requesting a meeting in a public location. I went only to find out that they are going to press charges if I do not remove my claim. They told me that they had all this incriminating evidence against me. The ignition was intact and someone needed to start it with a key. They have video from the place where the car was found burnt. There is only one problem--I did not do it! They have video of me in walmart at the time my car was stolen. If I lose my transportation I will lose my job! How long will I have to wait if they act in bad faith? What options are available to me?

Answer
Hello,

Unfortunately, there is only one firm across  the country that is fully capable and is willing to oppose the insurance company SIUs and their experts especially on a 1999 Ford truck transpnder. Our rep commonly preceeds us. In fact, I supplied the questions for an insurance expert in Louisiana last week against the largest carrier in the US and it was found everything he stated was fact, was only his unbased opinion. They folded Friday!

If they can't  prove you were not involved, personally I tell th go nuts and have charges pressed. It may take a very long time, but you have the potential of being very wealthy. Google Jenny hampton v state farm.

I don't like bullies!
