Answer
Wow.  So your insurance company is saying that you lied on your application.  If they have evidence that this is true, they do not have to provide you with coverage.  I am curious as to why you hired 3 lawyers, yet still have had to come to search for help.  What happened with the attorneys?  Why were they not able to assist?

It seems to me, you have only one option. . take legal action to settle the matter of whether you do or don't have coverage.  I am not an attorney and I cannot give you legal advice.  If you sue both the agent and the insurance carrier for bad faith / deceptive trade practices, then if there is some evidence that shows you (materially) misrepresented the risk you posed, it will have to be presented for all to review.

Unfortunately, I have seen insurance carriers deny coverage for misrepresentation improperly.  An example would be if you gave the agent the wrong color for the van.  If you said the van was red, but it was really blue, that is not material to whether the insurance company would insure you or not, follow?  The misrepresentation that the company is claiming must be something that makes a difference in whether they would have covered you if they knew the truth.

This is about the best I can offer you at this time without having all of the paperwork and claims documentation in front of me to review.  The damage photo is horrific, I am very glad you are alive.  I simply don't have enough information to give you any advice that will help you resolve this case.  If you have more information that you would like to share, you can always look me up and call my office directly, I'm pretty easy to locate via a google search.  Look for my company if you feel like you need more help that what I can provide via Allexperts.com.  Information is always free at Petty Details, LLC.
