Auto Insurance Claims: medical coverages, auto insurance claim help

Hello, I wanted to know if a persons minimum coverage is 12,500 and this is what the insurance company is offering, am I also entitled to the 1,000 coverage for medical bills? the insurance company mailed me a copy of their clients coverage but they didnt mention the extra 1,000 coverage per person for medical bills.

The "Med Pay" coverage is only for the owner of the insured vehicle that hit you and passengers in his vehicle. Ask his insurer to mail you a copy of the page in the policy book regarding med pay.
