Auto Insurance Claims: auto theft, auto theft siu claim investigation euo denial expert, forensic ignition consultant

Question
hi, my car was stolen on 8/? and recovered on 8/?. i purchased the car for $10k a week or 2 before it was stolen. i have bill of sale/title. i transferred my insurance over from my old car but didn't register the car yet, because it was at the shop getting painted. plan on registering afterwards. car was stolen at a body shop btw. SIU is now involved and it has been over 30 days and no updates. they say my car is worth $3000 (which is true without mods), but the previous owner did a lot of work to it (expensive engine+tranny+etc) and that is why i paid so much for it. i can't find the receipts. SIU record statement from me and the guy who sold me the car. i gave him all the paperwork he wants. i want the shop/shop insurance to pay for everything but it seems out of reach. not sure why the shop isn't responsible as car was in their possession. how long can SIU take? anything else i can do? also, i am the one who called the police (shop didn't call..i suspect inside job). i got a recorded statement from shop employee with cop presence stating he saw a female entering my car. he didn't stop her because he didn't know it was my car. i gave the recording to SIU as well. i am the victim and i feel as SIU is treating me as a suspect. i also paid for all the body work/paint UPFRONT before the job was completed and now the car is stolen. gave the invoice to SIU and they also verify car isn't completed. i am out a lot of my savings. i feel like there is no justice. i bought a nice car wanted it to look new. that is why i brought it to the shop. why would SIU think i am a suspect? please advise me to the right path. thank you in advance.

Answer
Hello,

You have a situation that happens to many insureds where in fact because your car was stolen, you are victimized not once, but twice with the accusation of involvement sitting square on your back by the insurance carrier. This event is very common on a daily basis, causing the insured to lash out and hire some attorney that is clueless on these situations, leaving you the victim yet a third time.

This situation is exactly what we do with 22 years experience with SIU investigation procedures and yes, unfortunately you would have to pay for our services as well, but at least you have the potential to get results using our services.

In order to combat any insurance company on a claim, not a law case, we supply a vast majority of knowledge of the inner workings of the SIU, (knowledge we are not supposed to share) as to how to attempt to resolve this claim.

Our job representing you as consultants in this very trying time would be to get someone to pay, including at time of resolution our fee as well.

If we can be of service to you, please feel free to call at 866-490-1673.

We would appreciate however if you wouldn't waste our time and yours if you are considering going to an attorney that by no means can help you through your situation. Insurance companies deal with attorneys on an ongoing basis and they are looked at as insignificant, and guaranties years before a successful resolution if there is even going to be one.

I believe you will find we are very familiar with claims handling. In fact, you may even see some of the exact same questions that have been asked of you from our sample SIU questions.
