Auto Insurance Claims: Ready to settle what advise do you have, physical therpy, back muscle spasms

 I was involved in auto accident on July 19.2008 in which a car ran red light as i was going through intersection.  went to emergency room air bags caused sore chest and under breast from seat belt.  follow up to doctor with bad back muscle spasms.  Had X rays pain pills and muscle relaxers.  Saw regular doctor 4 times and went to physical therpy 5 times.  car was totaled and paid off by her insurance company.  I was out of work 6 days so I have $600 lost wages, Medical bills $2300.  They offered me medical lostwages and pain and suffering $2014.  I am thinking i should ask for $15000 and work from there.  Any advise would help    Thanks.

I am always extremely hesitant to provide valuation on claims as there are so many factors involved in valuating a claim and you couldn't possible provide all the information to me without me reviewing a complete file. Based solely upon the information you provided and drawing my own inferences as to those pieces of information needed but not provided, I would value your claim in the $4,000.00 range. But don't hold me to it!!!!
