Auto body repair & detailing: change front clip from 1 truck to another, radiator support, ford pickup

change front clip (doghouse ) from 1-1981 ford pickup to another 1981 ford pickup  do 1  finder at time or whole clip fender hood and grill where to start?

Mike,if you have some extra help you can swap the whole clip at once.If there is a cowl trim panel remove it to access the bolts under it.Remove the bolts at the bottom of the fenders by the rocker panels.You might have to remove the grille to access the bolts that hold the radiator support to the frame.Make sure all the wires and cables are disconnected before tou try to lift the front off.Also to lighten the load take off the hood first,this will also allow more light to see what you are doing.Thank you for the question.
