Auto Insurance Claims: accident w/ ins. but driver not on policy and no license, insurance company, full coverage

If an accident occurs & driver is unlicensed but not suspended and is not listed on my policy(full coverage),What kind of liability am I exposed to if any and will ins. cover me?

Unfortunately, this is a hard one to answer. There are other details that will determine whether this will be covered. You will just need to file the claim and see what the insurance company says.

If after you get a response from the insurance company you do not agree with their decision, then you can post another question with the specifics of their decision.
