my husband was driving when the car next to him was spending went out of control and he hit him in the middle of car while both car spend out and my car was hit in three different spots. i do not have insurance i was going to put this is week, the other does. my husband was not in flaunt, but neither one receive no tickets. the cop said that the car the way it hit and how the other car spend out and the driver did not denied nothing, does it matter what insurance he has will they cover all the damages on my car even if he has a pip w/ collusion? the officer said the report when i get on monday should state that he was in flaunt. but I'm worried that it wont cover my car and I'm stock paying for a car that doesn't work.. can you help me please?

Hi Angelica,

When you get the police report, you should call the other drivers insurance company. They will take a recorded statement from your husband and the other driver. If they feel thet the other driver is at fault then they will pay for your damage. If they think that your husband was at fault then they will not pay for your damage.
