Auto body repair & detailing: fiberglass body kit, dodge neon, prime area

Question
ok i bought and now have installed my fiberglass bodykit for my 2001 dodge neon. What i want to do now is have the front fenders blended into the bumper . Basically i dont want to be able to see where the bumper stops and the fenders start should i use fiberglass or bondo to fill this area in

Fiber glass first then bondo, Grind area very good with a 36 grit disk. Then apply a layer of fiber glass and let dry then grind area leaving most the fiber glass on but shaping the area. Then apply coats of bondo for the fine sanding and shaping. Then prime area and prep for paint.
