Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): B&S 10h dirty carb, pipe cleaners, diaphragm

B&S 10.0 hp Genpower engine and 5kw generator.  Engine starts and runs only with full choke (even after warmed up).  Remove full choke and engine dies.  Main carb jet is clean and clear.  Needle shut off valve also clear and clean.  Checked diaphragm (mounted away from carb)  and cannot see any problems.  Springs all present and accounted for.  Are there specific passages in the carb I am overlooking?  I used spray carb cleaner and thought I got them all.  Any advice is appreciated.

Youre on the right track. What you need to do now is soak the carb in fresh gas for about 1 hour. Then blow out all of the small holes with compressed air(or air in a can). Then take pipe cleaners and thread through every small and big hole in the carb. Soak the carb for another 10 minutes then allow to dry and re-install.Good luck . Hope this helps.
