 With what paint do i paint the plastic parts on a 83 Toyota, like mirors and the side plastic moldings, should i paint them with the same paint i painted the car with, and how do i sand them and do i use the same primer i used on the car, and also what kind of body filler would you recomend

You use the same paint but use a adhesion promoter available from 3M. Use a plastics primer with built in adhesion promoters. Use a body filler for plastics available from 3M. Sand with 400 grit if it has a smooth texture. And if it has a texture the sand lightly with a 3M gray scuff pad and 3M scuff paste and water. Then wash with soap and water and dry. Bare plastics must use adhesion promoter and factory primed parts can be painted like normal but adhesion promoter will not hurt.
