Auto body repair & detailing: I think I have fish eyes - what to do?, paint chips, fish eyes

Question
I just got my 6 month old shiny red Audi A3 back from the shop after about $4000 in repairs from a demented Buick.

I have about 8 little divets in my repainted hood which as best I can tell may be "fish eyes".
I also have an area of rough-textured paint (about the size of a footprint), and at least a few spots where little rock chips were painted over(?).

Lastly, the paint seems more orangepeely than the rest of the car.

I let the shop know, and they said to bring it in and they'll cut and polish (or something like that).  My question:  is that enough?  It seems like the little divets are more than surface deep.  I'd think they'd need to sand and repaint.  What should I require from them?  Shouldn't I expect near-perfection for my new red baby?

Thanks in advance for any advice...

Answer
The paint chips are not the shops fault and they should not have to fix them for free. But the fish eyes and textured area and orange peel are their fault and they should fix it to near-perfection for you weather it be water sand and buff or repaint. So they should satisfy you no matter what it takes.
             Thank you for the question!
