i have a 97 c1500 that the drivers door will not shut i have replaced the bushings and pins this did not help. what is the problem with the door?

Answer -
Check to make sure your latch is working and then check to see if the striker is aligned properly.

the top coner is still hitting the cab the door still actting as if it is sageing

Answer
The hinges must be out of adjustment or the holes for the bushings are worn out. Try grabbing the back of the door and lift towards the front of truck.  Or hit the hinges them self with a sledge hammer and large punch to bend the door back into place. Or weld the bushing holes up and re-drill the holes or replace the hinge, not at all a easy job! I have had to do all options none are fun!!!!!!!!!!!
