Auto body repair & detailing: Fiberglass or bondo, fiber strand, body filler

Question
Hi,

I have a 1986 300zx 2 seater.  i bought it used and it has a good amount of body damage to the right rear quarterpanel.  i know that if i take it to a body shop they will charge me a considerable amount of money, i plan on pulling out the dents as much as possible and then filling it with bondo or fiberglass.  my question was which one to use, or should i use both. also what weight bond do i use?

Thanks

Answer
Fiberglass first to fill the indentations then bondo to do the fine smoothing out of the repair. Use a light weight body filler and use fiber strand fiberglass in a can not fiber mat and liquid fiberglass. (Kitty hair one name brand for fiberglass)
